Ensure that the address is the address where your credit card statement is mailed.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click <strong>NEXT<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE: The most common errors are the credit card expired or the wrong billing address was entered. The billing address needs to be the address where the credit card statement is mailed.<\/p>\n<p>If the update was successful, the page will tell you it was successfully updated and briefly show your card number with x\u2019s for parts of the number. It will then refresh to the main menu.<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>You can call Customer Care (866-810-3816 option 3).
