Orders placed without a valid credit card on file are placed on hold. We alert our Service Providers to not schedule an appointment until we have a credit card update.<\/p>\n<p>Without a valid credit card on file, we will not send our authorized Service Provider out to do your tour. <\/p>\n<p>If you have a coupon from a sponsor (such as your company pays for the tours), you still need a valid credit card on file. Coupons only cover the cost of the tour.  It does not cover Tour Upgrades (Vanity Domain Names, Non Showcase Realtor.com linking). <\/p>\n<p>We use PayPal to process credit cards through a full secure website session. We do not store your credit card information in our database, as that is all managed by PayPal.
