Our tour can be done from the comfort of one\u2019s couch, and it can give complete online access.<\/p>\n<p>According to research, over half of ALL buyers would be willing to make offers sight-unseen if the listing had a 3D tour and floor plans, so it increases the demand to anyone with an Internet connection, anywhere. This has been proven to speed the time to sale and increase the sales price over the market average by up to 9%! It effectively pays for your commission. Again, communicate to the seller that you are creating a larger demand base for their home and expanding the universe of people who might be willing to make an offer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Download and customize our <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1H1mPvv7C_1iGh4gld-BblX8b6t8DQ_dD1xkTlqGCUg4\/copy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Listing Presentation Template<\/a><\/strong>. Use all or just a few parts of it. It&#8217;s an easy to edit Google Slide deck. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also make your own screen shots of a tour you already have &#8211; use <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.techsmith.com\/jing-tool.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capture <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(pc\/mac) or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/monosnap.com\/welcome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monosnap<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (mac), two free screenshot tools. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.useloom.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loom<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is another Chrome plugin that can also do video if you want to record the tour and have it available offline.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Get seen online.<\/strong> Leverage your FREE advertising opportunity when you have a listing on sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and Redfin. When a browser clicks the tour link on these select sites, we automatically convert the unbranded tour you put into the MLS back to branded version with our patented <a href=\"\/brandkeepr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Brandkeepr<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">functionality.\u00a0 It only happens on these big search portals.\u00a0 <\/span><b>Just uploading photos to the MLS does not give you ANY free advertising, nor does using any other tour. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0You can even use our tour tools to add more branded content into the branded version of the virtual tour.\u00a0 Check out this <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/floorplanonline.com\/add-branded-call-to-actions-more-on-your-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">blog post<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on how to do it. <\/span>We now support adding branded documents like a custom brochure on the home, or even your own services.<\/p>\n<p>The first step is you need to make sure you put the virtual tour link into your MLS (if we can&#8217;t do it for you) in the virtual tour or virtual media field. Just copy and paste the full tour URL, including the <strong>https:\/\/<\/strong> part at the beginning &#8211; this is very important because the https makes it a secure link, and that is how Brandkeepr works.
