We have been getting requests for our Form W-9, so we are putting it in this post (and online as a message), so <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/homediary.com\/pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/FPO-Form-W-9-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click Here<\/a><\/strong> to download the Form W-9, but please note you do not need to issue us a From 1099 for two reasons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>We are taxed as a corporation for tax purposes, and corporations do not need to get Form 1099&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>If you paid us with a credit card, you are exempt from that requirement anyway &#8211; our credit card processor issues us a Form 1099-K which lists all charges for the year, so your charges will be included in that. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.patriotsoftware.com\/accounting\/training\/help\/recording-a-vendor-payment-by-credit-card\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Here is a post on the topic<\/a><\/strong> to share with your accountant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>So a little less compliance and admin work needed doing business with FloorPlanOnline, dba HomeDiary PRO!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi All Welcome to Tax Time&#8230;most people&#8217;s least favorite time of the year!
