Hi All
\nWelcome to Tax Time…most people’s least favorite time of the year! We have been getting requests for our Form W-9, so we are putting it in this post (and online as a message), so Click Here<\/a><\/strong> to download the Form W-9, but please note you do not need to issue us a From 1099 for two reasons:<\/p>\n

  1. We are taxed as a corporation for tax purposes, and corporations do not need to get Form 1099’s<\/li>\n
  2. If you paid us with a credit card, you are exempt from that requirement anyway – our credit card processor issues us a Form 1099-K which lists all charges for the year, so your charges will be included in that.
