With Tax Time right around the corner, we wanted to provide an easy way to get our IRS Form W-9, as people seem to want\/need it. Just download the FloorPlanOnline LLC (dba HomeDiary) Form W-9 here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Just note, we are taxed as a C corporation<\/strong>, which means you do not need to issue us a Form 1099.<\/p>\n Further, if you pay us via Credit Card, the IRS specifically exempts you as the purchaser of services from having to create From 1099s for everyone you pay via credit card. Our credit card processor issues us a From 1099-K for every transaction we push through their system during the year. So this administrative burden is removed from your admin tasks for tax purposes! However, we still get a lot of people stating their accountant needs the From W-9 – just direct them to this post and they can do a Google search for “do you need to issue a 1099 if you paid by credit card<\/em><\/strong>” or see this post<\/a>, and they will see lots of references that state you do not need to issue 1099’s to people you pay via credit card (or other like payment methods).
