Gotoassist PC Support Tool

OK, new support tool is live. It is www.gotoassist.com (powered by same company with gotomeeting).

I changed the page name to http://floorplanonline.com/remote-support/ under the Support menu, PC Support

GoToAssist

If you are logged into the tool, which I suggest you do when you start your shift, then if people need help, just tell them to go to the PC Support page under Support and then enter their name and the code you generate from the main menu of the GotoAssist portal (there is a chat option but I am not showing that because our new support portal from Freshdesk has chat…and I think it is confusing to have both).

PS. We can set up 100 computers to do remote work if we want to venture into the virtual assistant world.

if you are logged in, the form looks like this to pop a support chat…..this is a different chat than with our new support portal.
