How do I convert a Matterport Scan to a 2D and 3D floor plan

Here is a video on how to use the system to convert a Matterport, in this case leveraging the OBJ file, into a clean 2D plan and 3D model with space planner. This can be done with the top down floor plan overview, or really any other source file as a background layer.
