You can log into your FloorPlanOnline account and go to manage tours. On the line of this tour, you will find Photos and Marketing Tools, Click on this. On the right hand column, you will see download photos, select this button. You can download all of the photos by selecting a size and then selecting download all selected.
If you are on a Windows based computer, you will need to open the file and then save it. It will open to thumbnails, you click extract, then extract all, this basically unzips the file.
If you are on a Mac, they will go straight to your downloads folder. The same process is used for
downloading floorplans.You will need to extract all of the photos from the zip file (this will create another folder with the decompressed jpg files).
Or if you wish to pick and choose, you can select the photos further down the screen that you wish to download and go to the bottom of the screen and select download. Each of the photos selected will be a jpg file in either your download or picture folder.
Note: The same process is used for downloading floorplans.
