Here are the basic steps:
To order a tour and/or set up an appointment you must be registered with FloorPlanOnline. Registration is free. Use the link below to take you through the registration process.
If you are already an FPO customer:
- Login at www.floorplanonline.com using your username and password.
- Select CREATE TOUR
OR
Call Customer Care at 866-810-3816, option 3. We can input the basic information for the order. To avoid delays with your tour, you must have a valid credit card on file at the time you place the order. Please update your credit card information before calling. Or, have your credit card available and one of our Customer Care folks will update it for you.
