Introducing Cinematic Videos!
The new Cinematic Video addon creates amazing videos, all from photos. Using an AI engine, we convert the listing photos into video clips that get assembled into a property video, complete with custom music and your branding, plus an unbranded version for the unbranded tour. The result is video where you can have well lit interiors but also see the views of the outside, just like this video example you see below.
The best part? It can be added on to any photo shoot, as it is not dependent on a photographer having videography skills. Heck, we don’t even need to take the photos, just create a self service photo tour, upload photos, and select the Cinematic Video addon. These videos can get enhanced with the addition of drone photos or videos when combined with other Service Provider addons.
The Cinematic Video addons (or combos) are priced as follows:
- Cinematic Social Reel (in vertical format) – $50
- Cinematic Bundle (Social Reel + horizontal video for tours) – $100
- Cinematic Bundle + Aerial Mini Shoot (5 drone images) – $229 to $249 depending on the market
- Cinematic Hybrid Video (Cinematic video + aerial video & photos) – $399 to $449 depending on the market.
What you see above is our Hybrid Video (priced at $399 to $449, depending on the market) that also includes drone video and photos with the interior cinematic video clips. It also includes some effects using the floor plans created to help guide the viewer as to where they are in the property. Afterall, buyers want to see floor plans, so we still show them even as part of the Hybrid Video. The only “real” video on this video is the daytime drone media – all other videos, including the twilight drone, were created from still photos, but you can see the amazing depth of vision and clarity provided because they were HDR photos we created first. Compare this to other videos where the windows are blown out or dark interiors or changing exposures. There really is no comparison, and these are created for a fraction of the cost.
