Present your listing in the best possible way

We are leveraging AI a lot in some of the services we are providing now.   We are also looking in how we can add more self service AI tools for both you, and your connected homeowners in HomeDiary.   Here is a recent example of how AI can transform your listing and make it a lot better looking from a marketing perspective without misrepresenting the property.   We call this virtual decluttering…and staging.

Below you see an example of a walk in closet that has all of the sellers stuff.  Walk in closets are great selling features.  All of the sellers clothes are not.  Through the magic of AI and some Photoshop work, we can remove the existing clothing and clutter and either present a clean version of the space, or restage it with some cool looking clothes that are neutral and actually add to the scene.

How we can help you from a real estate marketing perspective for your listings?

As you see above, the clothes of the seller really detract from the overall presentation of the space.  With some production work, we can really enhance the overall marketing presence of the space and even give people an idea of what it could look like.  Use the sliders to see the before and after.

Pretty darn cool if you ask me, and a much better overall presentation.  We can even combine the two and animate it as part of the Cinematic Video, as you see below at the 1:13 minute mark.
