You can create a copy of an object. Click on the door or object to copy, the property box will open. Click on copy. Drag the copied object and place on the plan.

If you convert the tour to the full screen, that DOES have an offline version that works on a mac. The 2.0 tour uses the old offline tour and that is an exe file which is a Windows based file. So if you have parallels on a mac or bootcamp it will work, but that means...
